Nikolai Kaigorodtcev is a visual artist working with moving image and photography.

Working primarily with analogue film, he explores youth cultures, fashion, and skateboarding as spaces of collective identity, movement, and self-expression. Through everyday moments and long-form observation, documentation shifts into something more intuitive and subjective.

His projects often emerge from travel, extended periods of presence, and close collaboration with people and communities, allowing time, movement, and chance to shape the final form.
